One of the terrific authors at Authors’ Day at the Muller House Museum. Sunday, March 2nd, 1 – 4 p.m. 1542 S. Beacon Street:
Tanya Katnic is a certified Master Journalism Educator from the Journalism Education Association. Long ago, as he was watching her read a romance novel a week, her husband Andrew challenged her to write one herself. She promised herself that she would, once retirement beckoned. It was a promise that was fulfilled when she took to the computer just days after retiring as a high school English, journalism, and creative writing teacher. The result is the publication of her first novel, Our Mother Away From Home. The title was born when a rather obnoxious student posed this question: “Aren’t you supposed to be our mother away from home?”
This annual event is free. Authors may have books available for sale and to sign.
