Proposed Bylaws Amendment
To assist in the work of maintaining and promoting the San Pedro Bay Historical Society, at its October meeting the board proposed an amendment to the Society’s bylaws increasing board membership from 17 members to 19 members. The number of officers (4) remains the same, but the directors are increased by 2, making it possible to have up to 15 directors. The increase would
make it easier to conduct board business when other obligations prevent some directors from attending a meeting.
Amendment to SPBHS Bylaws Article IV, Sec. 1: The Board of Directors shall consist of the Immediate Past President and board of directors consisting of 9 – 15 members
